No. By building up the pectoral muscles, they would lift the breasts up a bit. Losing a lot of weight is what can shrink them, since breasts are composed of adipose tissue, or fat.
is it true that wen girls do weightlifting or push ups their boobs get smaller or like flatter?? lol.

well we work out every MWF at 6am-7am. we do running, push ups, sit ups, rope bridge, and sometimes pull ups. it aint all of those in one day though. sometimes it's running on monday, then wednesday will be upper body or muscle failure. it changes. im more on eating meat and rice and home all the tym. wen i go out, i like fast food, i guess it's good for gainin but not healthy so idk if i should cut that a lil or somethin. i also dnt work out as much like erry mwf. its an on and off thing.
You described bulking and cutting phases. What struck me was how you said you want to be "kinda chubby", rather than more muscular. Do you have access to weights, or do they have you doing only calisthenics (bodyweight exercises like push-ups, chin-ups, etc.)?
oooh wow u remember i wanna be in the military lol. well im 4 11, 18, and juss 85lbs. u see how small i am lol. well i really think i eat a lot. it's seriously evry day like in classes and then lunch tym, then wen i get home, then dinner, then a 2nd dinner. i think wat im doin wrong is idk if im eating the ryt food. as for workin out, i do during mwf. wat im told is that u gotta lose the fat first then the muscle, but then i got no fat to lose so im suppose to be gettin muscle weight i guess lol. idk how those stuffs works.
